Celebrate Earth Month With This Grounding Yoga Flow

What better way to celebrate Earth Day than grounding ourselves and honoring our sacred connection to the earth that surrounds us. This 15 minute vinyasa yoga flow is not only helpful for rooting ourselves into the earth, but also in helping to center ourselves. Try this practice barefoot outside if you can. Walking on the ground for about 30 minutes a day is extremely calming to our nervous systems. Pairing that with a yoga sequence like this is a great stress-buster too! Enjoy this guided practice and remember to give a little extra love to our beautiful planet each and every day.
