For chocolate and coffee lovers, these healthy mocha brownie bites satisfy your sweet tooth while giving you tons of plant protein and energy. I like to use vegan protein powder that is sweetened with monk fruit or stevia—that gives plenty of sweetness without the rollercoaster ride of white sugar.

- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened plant-based protein powder
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/4 cup Almond or peanut butter
- 3 tbsp Instant ground coffee
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2-4 tbsp Plant-based milk
- Cacao nibs or dark chocolate to decorate
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened plant-based protein powder
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/4 cup Almond or peanut butter
- 3 tbsp Instant ground coffee
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2-4 tbsp Plant-based milk
- Cacao nibs or dark chocolate to decorate
Directions
1. Grind the oats and the pecans.
2. Combine them with the cacao, protein powder, instant coffee and cinnamon.
3. Add the nut butter and plant-based milk and combine all ingredients with a spoon or your hands until you obtain a smooth dough. If still too dry, add more plant-based milk or nut butter.
4. Form small balls and decorate them with cacao nibs or pieces of dark chocolate. Alternatively, you can also roll the balls in cacao powder.
5. Place the balls in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
