Heavenly, Glow-Enhancing Cashew Sauce

June 14, 2019
Psst! Guess what? You never have to eat boring food again. I have a secret sauce recipe to share with you. All you need are four simple, wholesome ingredients and a blender. Introducing: heavenly cashew sauce, a radiance-boosting and flavouring-enhancing addition to your savoury meals. A luxurious, creamy cashew base is intertwined with sharp, refreshing lemons and sweet, caramelly medjool dates for a melody of contrasting flavors. The beauty of this sauce? It doesn't just taste amazing—it's so, so good for you, too. Mouthwatering food doesn't need to be unhealthy, so load up your plate and get that healthy glow from within.

Tell me more...

Unlike conventional creamy bases that are oil and dairy based, cashews nuts are associated with a slimmer waistline (move over, mayonnaise!). Nut consumption is inversely associated with markers of metabolic syndrome, abdominal fat being a marker. They increase satiation (you'll be less inclined to reach for snacks in between meals) and provide an essential source of health-boosting micronutrients. Want glowing skin? Then make lemons - the poster child for vitamin C - your new best friend. Vitamin C promotes collagen formation and is a powerful anti-oxidant against environmental stressors. A radiant complexion and a healthy body are only a dreamy cashew sauce away...
