I am seven months post-partum with my second baby and I have been trying to get back into my fitness program for what seems like an eternity. The combination of a global pandemic, civil unrest, and post-partum depletion put me into a mental and physical rut.

There is a saying, “Move your body, change your mind.”

When our mental state is on the fritz, our motivation tanks and that’s exactly when we absolutely must move our bodies. Even just 15 minutes can help you get out of your head and into your body again.
