Chantecaille’s Rice and Geranium Foaming Cleanser is my favorite facial cleanser of all time. Before this, I used to think that cleaner is a boring, “get the job done” item that doesn’t have to do more than remove impurities and makeup. This product does that, but also much more: 1/2 pea-sized amount gets rid of all my eye makeup without residue, and 1 pea-sized amount takes care of a fully made-up face with foundation and blush. The lather is instant and luxurious and delicately floral, and my skin is gently exfoliated, smooth, refreshed, and even-textured. It leaves skin feeling refined and ready for serums and creams. Because you need 1/4 of the amount of other cleansers to do the same job, this cleanser isn’t actually more expensive per use. It’s definitely a product I’ll buy again and again.
