Vegan Smoothie Recipes: Creamsicle Kumquat Protein Shake
- handful kumquats, washed, sliced, with seeds removed and juice squeezed out
- juice from 1/2 navel orange
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana (or sub cauliflower for a lower sugar option)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 cup + more to reach desired consistency almond milk
- dash cinnamon
- hemp hearts
2. Top with hemp hearts and kumquat slices and serve immediately.
