Vegan Cheese Drizzle 2 Ways: Garlic And Nacho

April 20, 2020
It can sometimes be hard to find a nice vegan cheese sauce recipe. Below you are getting two cheese recipes for the price of one! The good thing about these recipes is that you can blend them a little thick to act as more of a dip, or you can add more water to thin out the consistency and use them as a cheese drizzle. both methods are tasty, and it makes the cheeses more versatile.

Each recipe uses raw cashews as the base so if you want your cheese to be smooth you should blend it a little longer. Personally, I like a little texture with my cheese sauce so I don't blend it as much.

These sauces are great on top of almost any dish. The two flavors are opposite enough that you can use either one at nearly every meal. Consider these your new staple cheese sauce recipes!
