Vegan Gnocchi With Creamy Walnut Sauce

January 3, 2020
This recipe is a great alternative to the traditional walnut sauce used for gnocchi and pasta, which contains dairy. It's healthier but still flavorful and delicious! You can obviously make your own gnocchi if you want, but I usually buy vegan ones from the supermarket because, paired with this sauce, cooking time is really minimal and it's something good to make when you don't have much time or just don't feel like cooking.
