Last week, I received my first Petit Vour box in the mail. I was not prepared for how exciting and fun this little pink package was going to be.
“Petit Vour” is derived from “petit four,” a cute, French confectionary. The “V” is for vegan.
Petit Vour is a luxury, vegan beauty product sample subscription service. Founded this year by Madeleine Alcott, Petit Vour aims to aid vegan beauties in the hunt for high-quality, cruelty-free products. Many smaller vegan beauty companies often remain unheard of–in fact, until now, I hadn’t come across any of the brands pictured below. Petit Vour helps make these neat brands more accessible. Additionally, trying samples of each products can help inform our decisions about whether or not to invest in full-size versions.
The packaging is incredibly beautiful. Unwrapping each layer of the box, I felt the love and care that went into preparing this bundle of beauty goods.
After choosing a subscription or gift plan (monthly, 3 months, or 6 months), the subscriber completes a beauty profile, answering questions ranging from “What is your hair color?” to “What products can’t you get enough of?” The beauty profile helps Petit Vour customize your monthly box.
I’m so excited to try these perfume samples. Grasse Roots Perfumery blends all natural fragrances–meaning there’s no preservatives or phthalates.
This full-size lip gloss by GlamNatural is titled “Bride to Be.” A perfect accessory for the indefinitely engaged vegan lip gloss junkie.
Lastly, the package contained a blueberry vanilla food bar by Raw Snacks. Yum!
