Laura is extremely passionate about healthy living, sustainability and sharing the joys of a vegan lifestyle. She works in the nonprofit sector and is the co-founder of Portrait Connection, an organization that gifts fine art portraits to families facing critical childhood illness. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time in nature, creating delicious and healthy recipes, backyard gardening, and spending time with her two rescue cats.
