Starting the day in the feelings of gratitude, hope and self love sets the pace of your day and life, attracts abundance, miracles, the right people and opportunities. Try this quick wake up routine (meditation and affirmations) for a week and observe the change in your life. Do this every morning in bed as soon as you open your eyes.
There are 5 vibrations you should feel and connect to:
- gratitude and visualization
- trust and receptivity
- appreciation of your body
- self-love and admiration
This will charge and uplift your frequency and turn you into a magnet for blessings. I prefer playing a high vibrational music on the background and say these things out loud. Our words have power, but you can also just think it to yourself.
Gratitude is one of the most powerful energies attracting abundance into our lives. Give thanks for being alive and being gifted this new day. Then list all the things you appreciate and value in your life saying “I am grateful for… and I welcome more of it.” The mindset of abundance is what attracts blessings.
Is it your loved ones, health, friends, doing the things you love, your progress, focus, motivation, or growth? Mention everything you wish to see more of in your life, even the things that you are making a small progress in but are committed to excelling in. Be grateful for what your heart calls for as if it is already here. This is a powerful manifestation technique.
Visualize your perfect life, feel waking up to it, imagine in detail how it feels like, and express gratitude for all the parts of this reality. For example: “I am grateful for my financial freedom and abundance and I welcome more of it.”
2. Trust and receptivity
Tell the Universe that you trust its divine plan for you, that you surrender to the flow of your life and receive this day with an open heart. You trust that all the experiences you are gifted with are here to help you realize your full potential and create the life you truly deserve. Remember to thank the Universe, God, your higher self, your guides, Mother Earth for caring about you and looking after you, providing you with guidance, healing and support.
Say “I am excited about today, I am excited to…” I like to say this:
“I am excited to receive new opportunities today. I am excited to discover more of my talents today and do more of what I love. I am excited to love myself better today and take better care of myself. I am excited to impress myself with my resilience, motivation, power and strength today. I am excited to aim higher, believe in myself more today and take brave actions following my heart and dreams.”
4. Appreciation of your body
Our body responds directly to the positive feedback, love and attention we express towards it. When our body feels valued and appreciated, it starts becoming the best version of itself, internally and externally. Our bodies work very hard daily to keep us alive and well and to sustain our bodily functions. All it needs is some appreciation and gratitude. Say thank you to your skin rejuvenating and regenerating its cells, your heart for beating, lungs for breathing, eyes, nose, ears and mouth for providing you with senses. As women we should thank our womb for cleansing itself and releasing old energies (our wombs can store energies of generations before us). Thank all your organs for playing their part in keeping you alive and active. Thank your arms, neck and shoulders for doing all the work for you during the day, and your legs, hips, knees and feet for moving you.
5. Self-love and admiration
Hug yourself. Say “I love you body, you are perfect exactly as you are. I am the unique divine expression of the Universe.” Compliment every feature of your face, the shape of your body, its every part. Say that it is beautiful and perfect. But don’t say this just waiting for it to change: really mean it, really love and accept yourself. You are made exactly as you are meant to look like. Matter of fact, as a soul you chose this body to be exactly as it is, you just forgot about it. The more you meditate, pay attention to yourself, address your inner turbulence, spend time with yourself, give yourself love, the more you will keep improving your lifestyle and the way you look and feel on the inside. But it is very important to sincerely love yourself in your current state. Universe knows if you really mean it.
That’s it. Being all charged up with positivity, gratitude and self love you dive into your day with excitement. I recommend following this with reiki/meditation and yoga (maybe just a 5–10 minute practice). I like to play Activation Vibration music like “Galactic Affirmations” afterwards.
