Last week, I wrote about congratulating the little victories throughout your day to build up your confidence and encourage positive motivation. It’s not always easy…we’re busy people. So I’ve collected a list of my favorite quotes that encourage and justify a moment of self-love and gratitude.
You don’t have to be doing everything, all the time, in order to hold your life together. Sometimes you need to just let your life unfold without struggling.

Take responsibility for your own life. That’s not scary–it actually liberates you from feelings of resentment and helplessness, which makes you feel better immediately.
We often deny ourselves the chance to really love something/someone because we’re afraid it’s not the right thing/person. Don’t be at odds with your own heart. When you find something that makes your soul sing, hold close to it.
Whatever you do today absolutely makes a difference, even if you cannot see it. Don’t ever question it.
