Not only does it contain all natural sugars and antioxidants derived from the fruit itself, but also contains the protein needed to make it a meal replacement. This smoothie will give you an energy boost to get through the uphill climb of your long work day. It's berry tasty! :)

  • 5 strawberries
  • 5 blackberries
  • 5 blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth, pour into your favorite cup, add a straw and drink up! 🙂
