Antioxidant-Rich Lemon Blueberry Iced Tea

June 7, 2022
As we plunge into the beginning of summer, ice-cold beverages are becoming a necessity to survive sunny afternoons. Sometimes, however, plain water just isn’t enough to satisfy flavor cravings. Staying hydrated is necessary, but the added sugar in soda and store-bought tea mix is not. Mark your calendars, fellow iced-tea-lovers, and pick your favorite pitcher. National Iced Tea Day is Friday June 10th, 2022—and what better way to celebrate than with a refreshing glass of lemon blueberry iced tea?

In this recipe, the many health benefits of green tea are paired with the beloved flavor combination of lemon and blueberry. A bit of maple syrup adds a touch of sweetness, making this a delicious and refreshing summer drink.
