4-Ingredient GF Vegan Chocolate Chestnut Balls
- 500 g Chestnut puree
- 100 g Vegan butter
- 2 tsp Rum aroma
- 100 g Dark chocolate
1. In a bowl mash together the chestnut puree with the room temperature vegan butter and mix well so all pieces of butter is well incorporated. Mix in the rum aroma as well. If needed you can sweeten with sugar. Place the mixture in the fridge for about 2 hours to set.
2. After take it out and use a small spoon to portion your balls and form them with your hands.
3. In a pot bring water to boil. Place a glass bowl on the top and breach the chocolate into small pieces in it and start to melt it in the steam bath. Once melted turn off the heat under the water and water. Take each ball and roll them in the melted chocolate. Place them on a tray to set in the fridge.
