February gets credit for being the month associated with love. We think of Valentine’s Day and all the gifts we receive or give to our loved ones. We go out with our significant others on a special date night, or maybe hold a “Galentine’s Day” with our girlfriends. In whatever way you celebrate this day and month, don’t forget to take some time to celebrate yourself.

This 20-minute beginner yoga practice is a perfect opportunity to spend time honoring yourself. Show compassion to your body, mind, spirit and heart. Allow yourself to receive love to the core of your being. Fill up your cup and let it spill over onto others.
