4 Refreshing Spritzer Recipes

As the weather (finally) warms up here on the East Coast, I find myself craving beverages that are cold and bubbly. Instead of reaching for an ice cold beer after my run, which leaves me bloated and tired, I’ve created a few delicious beverage recipes that leave me both satisfied and refreshed. All of these homemade infusions use fresh herbs, fruit, and bubbly seltzer water, that satiate the urge for something carbonated and hydrate your body.
