Cinch Your Waist With Kendall Jenner's 7 Go-To Ab Workouts (Video)

April 17, 2017

Fashion model Kendall Jenner is one of the most in-demand models of her generation. Between shooting for high fashion magazines and doing runway shows all over the world, Jenner needs to squeeze in her workouts wherever she can. Jenner is not afraid to show off her toned midsection in one of her favorite fashion trends, the crop top. “No matter what the weather is like, you’ll always see me wearing a crop top,” Jenner wrote on her website. We all have that cute crop top we’ve been saving for the day when we have a tighter waistline.

Now we can all get a killer midsection with Jenner’s waist cinching ab workout revealed on her app. Jenner wrote, “If I’m traveling or don’t feel like leaving my house, these are all the moves I try to get in.” Her workout includes a lot of planking! Planks are a very effective way to cinch your waist because they work all the muscles in your core. Doing plank variations will also strengthen your back, shoulders, butt, and thighs. Here are some of Jenner’s favorite ab moves for a tight tummy and small waist.

1. Forearm Plank, 30 seconds

2. High Plank, 30 seconds

3. Side Plank, 15 seconds

4. Side Plank Crunches, 5 reps each side

5. Single Arm/Leg Plank, 15 seconds

6. Rocking Plank, 15 seconds

7. Rocking Forearm Plank with Oblique Crunches, 15 seconds

Be ready to rock your crop top after doing this workout!
