3 Fun Exercises for Bikini Abs

Curl In

Start on your hands and knees. Take your right knee in toward your face while simultaneously rounding your back and contracting your abs; release. Do 20 reps on the right side, then 20 reps on the other side. Repeat 3 times.

Leg Twist

Lie down with your back flat on the ground. Put your legs together and raise them so that they are perpendicular to the floor. Slowly lower them to your right side, reaching as close to the ground as you can without turning your back to the side. Slowly come up, and lower to the other side. Repeat 10 times.

Twisting Boat Pose

This is like a hybrid of the boat pose and bicycle kicks. Sit with your legs to the front. Lean back, keeping your spine straight. Engage your core and lift your right leg, and simultaneously twist to your right side, keeping your right arm folded by your shoulder and your left arm stretched. Return to middle and lower your right leg. Lift your left leg and twist to your left. That's one rep; do 20 reps, 3 times.
